What nutrients protect your hair and enhance its overall health (from the inside out)

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting stronger, longer, beautiful natural hair. Fortunately, if anyone is seeking to manage their mane with topical cosmetics there will always be a long line of products to chose from: Fructis, Vidal Sassoon, Tresemme, Herbal Essences, all of these products provide hair care that has been sufficient for thousands of Americans across the US for more than decades now. Although products like Fructis, Tresemme, and Vidal Sasson have been reviewed for having great conditioners and shampoos, many of these products only provide an answer to hair growth that is nothing more than skin deep, which ,of course, is exactly what they are suppose to do. However, if you intended to strengthen the growth of your hair from the inside out, the very root of the follicle to the cuticle and outer hair strand, it is going to be much more beneficial to look into a diet that supplies your body with specific vitamins , minerals, and antioxidants that promise to ensure that.

Vitamins for Hair-loss

Hair, as many already know, is almost entirely composed of protein but supported by a chain of other nutrients as well. So generally speaking, when there is a problem with hair growth that has not been caused by some malfunctioning cosmetic, there are generally nutritional problems that should be investigated and remedied. Although the hair depends on protein, it is also dependent on all of your B-vitamins, especially biotin, for proper hair growth.

Biotin transports fatty acids to the hair to ensure that the follicles and hair shaft are well nourished and moisturized. Vitamins E and A are also essential to healthy hair growth, since both not only help to fight off free radicals that cause slow hair growth and hair breakage, but both of these vitamins have been proven to help protect your hair and scalp from harsh UV rays that could also stifle or prevent healthy hair growth. There are a large variety of teas as well that one can consider when attempting to strengthen the hair, as most teas provide antioxidants to help fight off free radicals. Teas like peppermint tea, especially green tea, and definitely yerba mate can help with hair growth. Yerba mate has been especially noted for not only strengthening the integrity of the hair, but helping to restore hair color as well.

Beauty is always an inside-out process, right? It's amazing to see how the beauty of our bodies seems to work very much like the beauty of our personalities and spirits--from inside out. Using topical products to strengthen and maintain the health of your hair is always good, but please do not forget that true beauty, even when it comes to the aesthetic of our physical appearance, always starts on the inside first.
